Black Truffle Angel Hair

Truffled Angel HairIngredients



  • 1 pound angel hair pasta

  • 3 ounces black truffle butter

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • Black truffle oil (optional)


PROCEDURE



  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, and salt it well.  Add the pasta, and cook just until al dente.  Drain.

  2. In the same pot, melt the butter and cream over low heat.  Add the pasta, and season with salt.  Toss gently to combine.  Top with a drizzle of truffle oil.
