Red Pistou Salmon

Red Pistou SalmonINGREDIENTS

  • 1 6-ounce fillet boneless, skinless salmon
  • 2 tablespoon sundried tomato pesto

PROCEDURE

Marinate the salmon in the pesto for 1 hour in the fridge.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.  Place the fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
