Quiche brimming with Swiss chard, sharp Pecorino, and crispy pancetta
I love this dish! I made it for the first time and posted about it about a month ago, after I saw Giada prrapee it on her show. I didn’t think I was a fan of smoked mozzarella until I had this. In the meatballs it’s just enough without being too overpowering. Wonderful pictures!
